An annual Belly Dance Festival with hundreds of participants from all over the world getting together, a rare opportunity to :  

·       see what real belly dancing is at the place where it originated and developed

·       rub shoulders with belly dance celebrities and professionals from all over the world 

·       participate in workshops taught by masters of the art – it’s a pleasure just to watch them teach

·       really let your hair down and enjoy the fun of belly dancing with hundreds of other belly dance enthusiasts

·       enjoy performances by top belly dancers to live band music

·       shop for dance costumes, accessories and music – you’ll be surprised by the bargains you can get

Programme

          27.6.2007 (Wednesday) – Registration and Gala Opening Party

          28.6.2007 (Thursday) to 3.7.2007 (Tuesday) – Workshops by    

                world renowned master teachers such as Raqia Hassan, Dr. Mo  

                Geddawi, Momo Kadous, Zaza Hassan, Dina and many more, plus 

                special Subject Workshops on Sagat, Khaleegy, Melaya, Cane, etc.

          3.7.2007(Tuesday evening) – Gala Closing Party

Plus endless evening belly dance parties and lots of vendors selling belly dance costumes, accessories, CDs and DVDs, etc.  All workshops and events will be held at the 5* Mena House Oberoi Hotel.
